Airbnb Onboarding
Fee: $469 (incl. GST)
Includes: Airbnb setup, listing optimisation, and professional photography consultation.
Rental Management
Base Fee: $365 (incl. GST)
Management Fee: 7% of weekly rent
Includes: Healthy Homes compliance, Stats NZ, Trademe listing, and ongoing property management.
Letting Fee: Equivalent to one week’s rent, charged to the owner.
Professional Photography: Additional cost.
Short-Term Management
Management Fee: 20% of rental income (negotiable)
Timeframe: Open-ended
Letting Fee: Equivalent to one week’s rent, charged to the owner.
